 For new users to the client portal - in order to make this secure option available to you please follow the instructions below:

  1. Register for the client portal using the link provided to you by our firm.
  2. Please download the CASL form and sign. For this form please click here: CASL Form
  3. Please return this form to us by uploading it to your personalized client portal. This will be your first upload to us and will activate the portal.

Personal Tax Organizer

Tax season has arrived! Please follow our Personal Tax Organizer to help you prepare and collect the required information for preparing your tax return.The questions will change depending on your responses, and personalize to you. Once you have submitted the organizer, you will receive an email summarizing your responses. You can use this to collect your information. We do not need a copy of your responses, as we receive them too.

As in other years, you may find that you are waiting on several institutions for their trust information, investment slips, etc. Even if you do not have all of your slips, you still have to file by April 30th. If you file late and have a balance owing, you will be subject to a late payment penalty and interest each month that your return is late.

You should receive all your tax slips by the end of March, and if you know you are missing one, contact the issuing company and have a new one sent to you.

While you are waiting for the missing slips, please bring us the information that you have received. We will start your tax return for you and add in the missing information as it becomes available.
